W.T. Pearson

W.T., short for William Thomas, is a lifelong resident of Naples. He attended high school at the Community School of Naples and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in 2012 with a focus in Business Management and Real Estate.

Since his licensure in 2012, W.T has directly participated in over 185 commercial real estate transactions valued at over $250 million and is expecting to earn the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2023. As the owner and qualifying broker of Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services LLC, he represents buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in commercial transactions across all of southwest Florida.

W.T. is very active in the Southwest Florida community. He has a passion for giving back to the area he grew up, as well as helping others to find ways to get involved to build a stronger community and economy. W.T. has specifically focused on the Leadership Collier Foundation of the Greater Naples Chamber. He is a 2018 graduate of the Associate Leadership Collier program (ALC), Vice Chair of the 2021 ALC class, and Chair of the 2022 class. He has served on the ALC Selection Committee, and currently co-chairs the LCF “Explore Collier” work, serves as a Youth Leadership Collier Mentor, and serves as Chair of the LCF Alumni Association Matching Needs Committee, which works to connect LCF alumni to community leadership roles.

W.T. has also served on the leadership board for a number of other local organizations including the Relay for Life of Collier County, Habitat for Humanity Next Gen, Greater Naples Chamber Classic, the Greater Naples Chamber Public Policy Committee, the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group Steering Committee, and has been a guest lecturer on commercial leasing at Florida Gulf Coast University. He is also a 40 under 40 recipient from both Gulfshore Business and Business Observer.

W.T. has a passion for the outdoors. When he is not brokering commercial real estate transactions or serving in community leadership roles, he can be found many miles offshore freediving or exploring the vast public land system in Collier County.
