Fort Gamma LLC purchased a 10,192 square foot office building located at 3106 S. Horseshoe Drive, Naples from Coastal Building Partnership on March 18, 2020 for $1,500,000. Christine McManus of Investment Properties Corporation of Naples represented the Buyer and W.T. Pearson, Broker of Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC represented the Seller.
